Returns and Refunds

My shipping process means about 98/100 sets arrive promptly and in excellent condition.
[A small number of sets arrive late for Christmas each year, so please order at least 3 weeks before]
Shipping Damage: Please inspect your set when you get it and contact me immediately if it is damaged.
[Only 3/1000 online sales have been damaged in transport. This has never happened since I started using standard shipping boxes]
Returns and Refunds: You have 14 days after receiving your set to request a return by contacting me at wattoschesssets@outlook.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you want to return it, just ask for a credit. If you want to exchange it, let us know that too. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee on returned items. Gift Wrap, Shipping, Special Order, Scratch and Dent, sale, and gift card items are not returnable/refundable. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
Process:
The fastest way to get a return or refund is to return the item for inspection. Once the return is accepted, your refund will be processed.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund.
If you would like a different set, you can make a separate purchase.
